- Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

- Prices are listed in Egyptian Pound and may be adjusted without prior notice.

- We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

- Shipping within Egypt takes an estimated 2–5 business days.

- You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

- SONDER is not liable for delays caused by external logistics partners.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery, only if items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Exchanges:

• Size exchanges are subject to availability and must be initiated within 5 days

Cancellations:

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hour of placement. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be reversed.
